Cell phones must be silenced before entering the spa.
Appointments
Being
on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so you may receive
your f ull service and our other clients are not inconvenienced.
Cancellation Policy
Valid
Credit Card information is required for all services. We require a 24
hour notice for a single service and a 48 hour notice for any multiple
service or spa package cancellation. A 50% service fee will be charged
for any late cancellations or "no show" appointments.
Product and Service Policy
We
offer all professional products with high quality spa services.
Product returns (excluding brushes, cosmetics, nail polishes and
accessories) may be returned within 10 days of purchase for other
purchases or spa credit.
Gratuities
Our
prices do not reflect gratuities for our specialists. Tipping is
always left to the discretion of our clients. For your convenience,
gratuity envelopes are provided at the reception area. We apprecate
your generosity but regret that we are unable to include gratuities on
credit cards.
Gift Certificates
Failure
to show for any gift certificate services will result in using that
gift certificate for the scheduled service. Gift certificates are non-
refundable.
