Cancellation/ Rescheduling Policy
Valid Credit Card information pre-paid services or gift certificates on file is required for all services. We require a 24 hour notice for a single service and a 48 hour notice for any multiple service or spa package cancellation. A 100% service fee will be charged for any late cancellations, rescheduling or “no show” appointments.
We do not accept personal checks.
Product and Service Policy
Prepaid services or gift cards may be redeemed by a spa credit. Product returns (excluding: brushes, cosmetics, skin care products, nail polishes and accessories) may be returned within 10 days of purchase for other purchases or spa credit.
We will give you your full scheduled appointment time when you arrive promptly. Please silence all cell phones. We love children, however we do not want to disturb our other guests, please be respectful and keep children subdued.
Our prices do not reflect gratuities for our specialists. Tipping is always left to the discretion of our clients. For your convenience, gratuity envelopes are provided at the reception area. We appreciate your generosity but regret that we are unable to include gratuities on credit cards.
